Screen 1: the Friday check

Phone screen titled Friday check showing the lowest 13-week cash balance of minus A$12,400 in week 7 and three jobs with traffic lights: Smith extension on track, Lee renovation on watch, Patel new build losing money.
Sample data. Each status has a colour, a shape and a word.

One screen answers the first two questions: which jobs need attention, and when cash is tightest. Tap a job to update what you have paid, what you have committed and how far along it is. The how it works page has the formulas.

Screen 2: 13-week cash

Bar chart of cash balance for 13 weeks. Balances are positive in weeks 1 to 5, drop below the zero line in weeks 6 to 8, and the lowest bar in week 7 is outlined and marked minus A$12,400. A suggestion below says to move a stage claim forward or defer a timber order.
Sample data. Negative weeks sit below the zero line.

Stage claims arrive after a bank delay. Subcontractors, wages, super, overhead and BAS leave on their own dates. The forecast shows the lowest balance and which items you can move.

Screen 3: price a variation

Variation calculator. Cost A$1,000 with a 20% margin gives a price of A$1,250 plus A$125 GST, a total of A$1,375, with a ready message asking the client to reply approved before work starts and a Copy text button.
Sample data. Margin, not markup, so the number matches your quote.

Enter your cost and margin, get the price with GST, then copy a plain message for the client. Learn why in how to price a variation before you say yes.
