Privacy policy
Your job and financial data stay on your device. We collect very little, and this page says exactly what.
What we collect
When you buy
Your email address and an order reference, so we can send your licence key and handle refunds. We store an irreversible hash of your licence key, not the key itself.
When you activate
A random device identifier, so we can enforce the 3-device limit.
Anonymous counts
The app sends four anonymous event counts (installed, first job created, first Friday check completed, licence activated). They contain no identifier and no job data.
What we do not collect
Jobs, costs, clients, cash figures and backups stay on your device. We cannot see them.
Who we share it with
Your email is processed by our payment partner, our email provider and our hosting provider (Cloudflare). These providers may process data outside Australia and Brazil. We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
Licence records are kept while your licence is active and for 12 months after. Anonymous counts are kept as totals.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information. Email hello@fridayprofitcheck.com. If you are in Brazil, you also have the rights listed in article 18 of the LGPD. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
