Your licence

When you buy, you get a personal licence to use Friday Profit Check on up to 3 devices for your own business. You may not resell the key or share it outside your business. We can revoke a licence that has been refunded, charged back or shared widely.

Updates

Version 1 fixes and tax-rule updates are included. A future version 2 would be a separate product.

What the app is, and is not

The app is a calculator. It does not give financial, tax, accounting or legal advice, and its forecasts depend on the numbers you enter, including your estimate of percent complete. Check important decisions with your accountant.

Your data and backups

Your data lives on your device. You are responsible for exporting backups and keeping your recovery code. If you lose both the device and the recovery code, we cannot recover your data.

Consumer law, liability and disputes

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a remedy for a major failure and compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the price you paid.
