Does it work offline?

Yes. After you add it to your home screen, the app opens and saves without signal. You only need a connection to buy, activate your licence the first time and renew it about once a month.

Where is my data stored?

On your phone, inside the app. We never see your jobs, costs or cash figures. You can export an encrypted backup file at any time and restore it on another device. See the privacy policy.

Do I have to install it?

On iPhone, yes: open the site in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. Safari can clear data from sites you have not used for a while, so the app only accepts real job data once it is installed. On Android and desktop you can install it or use it in the browser.

Does it replace my accounting software?

No. It does not do invoicing, payroll, BAS lodgement, quoting or scheduling. It reads the numbers you enter and tells you where each job and your cash are heading.

How is forecast margin calculated?

Projected cost is what you have paid or committed on a job divided by the percentage complete. Forecast margin is the contract price minus projected cost. The formulas are on the how it works page.

How accurate is percent complete?

It is your estimate, so the forecast is only as good as that number. Below 20% complete the app marks the result as unstable. Update it every Friday and the forecast settles as the job progresses.

How many devices can I use?

Up to 3 devices per licence. Each device keeps its own data unless you restore a backup onto it.

What if I lose my licence key?

Use "Lost my key" in the app. We email a new key to the address you bought with, and the old key stops working for new activations.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, within 30 days of purchase. This does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Details are on the refund policy.

Will it become a subscription later?

No. You pay A$149 once. Version 1 fixes and tax-rule updates are included. If we ever build a version 2, it would be a separate paid product and version 1 would keep working.
